备妥以下文件资料：
1. 入学申请表 (点我下载)
2. 个人有效护照影本
3. 6个月内2吋彩色照片2张，照片背景须以白色为底色。
4. 个人最高学历证明(任何足以证明您已高中毕业的文件均可，如：高中或大学/研究所的毕业证书、大学/研究所成绩单、大学/研究所学生证等)
※ 越南学生请注意，须提交下列学历文件证明之一：
(1) 大学、高专毕业证书(或在学证明)及成绩单
(2) 高中毕业证书及成绩单：高中学业平均成绩每年均需达到6分以上。
5. 财力证明(本人近三个月内的存款证明，须含存款USD2,500或同等币值之金额)；如使用亲属之财力证明，需附上亲人声明书，并保证愿意支助申请者在台生活费用。
6. 最近三个月内医院健康证明一份(短期研修健康检查参考表请至表单下载区)，申请者即便已在台湾也请一定要出示医院健康证明文件，不可缺少。
7. 自入境当日起至少四个月效期之医疗及伤害保险证明。
8. 上列所有文件如非中文或英文者，需检附正式中文或英文翻译本。
9. 申请资料及所有必备文件，请以邮寄方式寄至本中心「52345 彰化县埤头乡文化路369号国际事务处 收」或以电子邮件寄送扫瞄档至mduclc@gapps.mdu.edu.tw (需于报到注册时检查所有文件正本) 。
10. 中心收到申请文件后，约需7个工作天进行文件审核，待核准后，将先寄送电子档的「入学通知」，再邮寄纸本「入学通知书」给您。

越南学生申请签证赴台湾研习华语文应备基本外语能力证明:
须提交下列基本外语能力证明之一：
1.华语文能力测验(TOCFL)1级(入门级)以上能力证明。
2.胡志明市人文社会科学大学或胡志明市师范大学华语文能力考试证书A级以上。
3.英语能力测验成绩单：通过国际英语能力测验(托福TOEFL(iBT : 18分以上；pBT: 340分以上)、多益TOEIC：300分以上、雅思IELTS: 2.5分以上)，提交基本英语能力证明。
4.大学、高专主修华文或英文科系者，至少就读一年以上之学业成绩单，每学年平均成绩均达到6分以上。

Admission
Required documents for applicants are as below :
1. Application form (Download)
2. A photocopy of your valid passport with ID page.
3. Two color passport-size photos with a white background taken within 6 months.
4. Education document (Any documents which indicate you have graduated from high school are accepted, such as high school graduation diploma, university transcript/student ID card.)
5. Proof of financial support (dated within 3 months at least US$2,500) If you are not supported by your own savings, please have your financial guarantor (supporter) fill the letter of “ Financial Guarantee” and send it to us along with your financial guarantor's financial statement to replace your financial statement.
6. A Health Checkup Report issued within the past three months. List of items for the Health Checkup Report for students studying for short-term students (form C) can be accessed under DOWNLOAD. A Health Checkup Report is compulsory, even if the applicant is already in Taiwan.
7. An insurance certificate valid for at least 4 months upon entering Taiwan.
8. All the documents listed above must be presented in Mandarin or in English.
9. Please send your application form and required documents to the mailing address: No.369, Wen-Hua Rd., Pitou, ChangHua 52345, Taiwan, R.O.C (Please specify: Language Center, MingDao University).
Or scan the application form and required documents and e-mail to: mduclc@gapps.mdu.edu.tw (must submit original documents to Language Center when registration).
10. Once we receive your documents and make sure there is no problem with them, we will issue and send out the admission letter via email and registered airmail (to the email and mailing address you left in the application form) within 7 business days.
